Together, they've produced 5 state champions, 40 Junior Olympic All-Americans, 1 Junior Olympic National Champion, 1 Indoor National Champion, 1 USATF Indoor National Qualifier, 2 Big Sky Conference Champions, 2 top 10 EWU program records, and placed 12+ athletes into college programs including USC, Boise State, Montana, Washington State, and more — all in just 4 years.

Youth Track & Field Training To Fit Any Schedule At Any Level

Wenatchee kids grind. Hot summers, orchard-town toughness, Panther and Wildcat pride running deep. But toughness without technique just means fast fatigue and slow times.

Here's our frustration, plain and simple: We watch Wenatchee kids show up to high school track already carrying bad habits — heel-striking, poor posture, no low heel recovery, poor form, and zero acceleration mechanics — because they're not being coached properly or their coach doesn't know how to teach it. That's not just ineffective. It's dangerous for growing and developing athletes. At AHTC, we're not guessing, we know what works.  I teach youth sprinters sprint mechanics plainly and require purposeful practice. Whether your athlete is new to Wenatchee youth track and field or already competing, the goal is sound movement, better habits, and track understanding. Families traveling from Wenatchee can use seasonal club participation, travel-in camps, and structured at-home programming between trips.

Pole Vault Training and Pole Vault Camps

Pole vault needs technical coaching, patience, and event knowledge. Coach Erin leads beginner-to-experienced training and camps. Since becoming head coach at her current program in 2024, Coach Erin coached a women’s conference champion at 14'2"; in 2025 and men’s conference champion at 17'2"; in 2026. These are 2 Big Sky Conference Champions. Her athletes hold 2 top 10 EWU program records.

Spokane pole vault needs event-specific experience:

How Wenatchee Families Train With Us

AHTC is based in Spokane. Families train weekly year round through A.H. Elite indoor or summer season, sprint mechanics, or pole vault. Committed families make the short drive to Hart Field for focused youth track and field coaching.

Consistency lets athletes learn, repeat, correct, and improve. One random session does not replace a plan. Show up, listen, work, and let coaching compound.
