Reaction Speed. Base Path Speed. Lateral Range.

Baseball speed is a game of milliseconds and short, explosive bursts — not long sprints. A stolen base is won in the first two steps off the bag. A diving stop at shortstop is won by lateral range and first-step reaction. A runner scoring from second on a single is won by acceleration mechanics out of the turn at third. Our baseball speed training program is built around these specific, short-burst demands rather than generic distance-running conditioning that has almost no carryover to the diamond.
