Youth Track & Field Training To Fit Any Schedule At Any Level
Pasco's got heart. Chiawana Riverhawks & Pasco Bulldogs — this Tri-Cities community produces tough, hungry athletes. But heart alone doesn't win State titles. Correct coaching does.
Here's our frustration, plain and simple: We watch Pasco kids show up to high school track already carrying bad habits — heel-striking, poor posture, no low heel recovery, poor form, and zero acceleration mechanics — because they're not being coached properly or their coach doesn't know how to teach it. That's not just ineffective. It's dangerous for growing and developing athletes. At AHTC, we're not guessing, we know what works.
AHTC is not a gym or random-workout program. We focus on competitive youth track, sprint mechanics, speed development, and pole vault. Pasco families: seasonal club participation, speed & pole vault camps, and structured at-home work between trips.
The Coaching Problem I See With Young Track Athletes
Too many kids reach high school track with habits that should have been fixed earlier. They heel-strike, stand tall too soon, lack low heel recovery, cannot hold posture, and have never been taught acceleration. That is not a kid problem; it is a coaching problem.
For Pasco athletes, online workouts and guessed sprint form are not a plan. Poor mechanics can fail growing athletes. I coach setup, push, recovery, positions, posture, and speed development for new and experienced athletes.

Pole Vault Training and Pole Vault Camps

How Pasco Families Train With Us
AHTC is based in Spokane. Families train weekly year round through A.H. Elite indoor or summer season, sprint mechanics, or pole vault. Committed families make the drive for focused youth track and field coaching. Consistency lets athletes learn, repeat, correct, and improve. One random session does not replace a plan. Show up, listen, work, and let coaching compound.
