Youth Track & Field Training To Fit Any Schedule At Any Level

Liberty Lake — Small Town, Serious Talent

Liberty Lake is tight-knit. Everybody knows everybody at Pavillion Park, Rocky Hill Park, or the Liberty Lake Farmers Market. So when I tell you I've watched good, hardworking kids from this community get mistrained by well-meaning but underqualified "coaches," I need you to actually hear that.

Speed isn't natural talent alone. It's a taught skill. And it's being taught wrong more often than not.

At AHTC, we're not guessing, we know what works.

The Coaching Problem for Liberty Lake Athletes

Too many kids reach local high school track with heel-striking, running tall instead of accelerating, no low heel recovery, lost posture, and no acceleration mechanics. That is not talent; it is coaching. Growing athletes should not guess sprint or vault form. Bad instruction is ineffective and dangerous when nobody watches movement. At AHTC, we coach mechanics directly: youth track and field club competition, sprint development, and pole vault—not a general gym program pretending to train track. The local schools include Central Valley High, University High and Ridgeline High, all parts of Central Valley School District 356.

Youth Track Club — A.H. Elite Indoor & Summer Seasons

A.H. Elite Youth Track Club is our competitive USATF non-profit Junior Olympic youth track and field club for athletes learning to compete. Indoor season runs November or December through early March; summer season runs June through July.

For Coeur d'Alene families seeking an indoor or summer track club, A.H. Elite offers development and competition.

Indoor Club Season 2026–2027 tuition is $285. Review and enroll through our: https://www.theathleteshousetrainingclub.com/product-page/indoor-club-season-tuition

Speed & Sprint Training and Speed Camps

Speed training teaches acceleration mechanics, posture, front-side movement, low heel recovery, and better positions at speed. Coeur d'Alene athletes train in year-round group or 1-on-1 sessions, typically 2–4 times weekly, based on need and plan

- Group speed and sprint training: $35 per session

- 1-on-1 speed training: $85 per session

- Three-week Speed Camp: $300

Pole Vault Training and Pole Vault Camps

Pole vault needs technical coaching, not shortcuts. Head Pole Vault Coach Erin Clark is the current EWU Head Pole Vault Coach and 2017 Big Sky Champion. Since becoming head pole vault coach at her current program in 2024, she has coached a women’s conference champion at 14'2" in 2025 and a men’s conference champion at 17'2" in 2026, plus two top 10 EWU program records and five Junior Olympic All-Americans.

We train beginner through experienced vaulters, 2–3 sessions weekly. A beginner session and assessment is $100; experienced group training is $75; Pole Vault Camp is $350. For pole vault training Liberty Lake athletes can trust and begin building a successful pole vault career with Coach Erin.

How Liberty Lake Families Train With Us

AHTC is based in Spokane. Families train weekly year round through A.H. Elite indoor or summer season, sprint mechanics, or pole vault. Committed families make the short drive for focused youth track and field coaching.

Consistency lets athletes learn, repeat, correct, and improve. One random session does not replace a plan. Show up, listen, work, and let coaching compound.
