The Athletes House Training Club Brings To You A.H. Elite Youth Track Club

Coach Ty and Coach Erin bring a combined 10+ years of collegiate and youth track coaching experience to The Athletes House Training Club and A.H. Elite Track Club. Coach Ty, a former EWU sprinter and founder of AHTC, leads speed and performance training. Coach Erin, the current EWU Head Pole Vault Coach and 2017 Big Sky Champion, leads pole vault development. Together, they've produced 5 state champions, 40 Junior Olympic All-Americans, 1 Junior Olympic National Champion, 1 Indoor National Champion, 1 USATF Indoor National Qualifier, 2 Big Sky Conference Champions, 2 top 10 EWU program records, and placed 12+ athletes into college programs including USC, Boise State, Montana, Washington State, and more — all in just 4 years.

A.H. Elite Youth Track Club — USATF Junior Olympic Youth Track & Field

A.H. Elite Track Club is the competitive side of what we do. It is a USATF non-profit Junior Olympic youth track and field club for athletes who train, develop, and compete — not a drop-in class and not a summer camp. Athletes ages 6-18 train under Coach Ty and Coach Erin, and they learn what real competition feels like from coaches who have been there. If your athlete is looking for a team to join in the Spokane area, this is that team.

What A.H. Elite Is

A.H. Elite is a USATF non-profit Junior Olympic youth track and field club based at 3508 S Grand Blvd in Spokane, our outdoor training location. We exist so young athletes in and around Spokane can compete at the Junior Olympic level without leaving the region.

The club runs on the same coaching standards as everything else at The Athletes House Training Club: sound mechanics, purposeful practice, and a real plan instead of random workouts.

Our indoor club roster will be limited to 34 athletes total to maintain a balanced team and to ensure every athlete is able to receive individual attention and training. We are aiming to have a home meet roster and travel roster for meets based on entry times.

We are looking for:

  • 6 Pole Vaulters: 3 spots left

  • 8 Hurdlers: 5 spots left

  • 10 Short Sprinters (60m, 200m, 4x2 relay): 4 spots left

  • 6 Mid Distance Sprinters (400m, 800m, 4x4): 4 spots left

  • 4 Jumpers (long jump, triple jump): 4 spots left

Who The Club Is For
