Meet The Team

Coach Ty has built his reputation where it matters most — developing athletes from the ground up. Specializing in youth sprinters and those new to the sport, he has produced Washington and Idaho State Champions, 1 Junior Olympic Champion, 1 Indoor National Champion, 1 USATF Indoor National Qualifier, and 32 Junior Olympic All-Americans. In the past four years alone, he has helped over 12 athletes earn the opportunity to compete at the collegiate level.

From high school and club programs to the DI level, Coach Erin has spent her career specializing in the development of young vaulters as well as the technical aspects needed for experienced vaulters— and the results speak for themselves. Since taking over as the head pole vault coach at her current program in 2024, she has already coached a conference champion in women's pole vault in 2025 with a vault of 14’2” and a men’s conference champion in 2026 with a vault of 17’2”. Her coaching portfolio also includes 2 top 10 program records at EWU and 5 Junior Olympic All-Americans, all backed by the perspective of a former athlete and 2017 Big Sky Champion herself.
