Youth Speed, Sprint, and Vault Training for Spokane Valley Athletes
Coach Ty and Coach Erin bring a combined 10+ years of collegiate and youth track coaching experience to The Athletes House Training Club and A.H. Elite Track Club. Coach Ty, a former EWU sprinter and founder of AHTC, leads speed and performance training. Coach Erin, the current EWU Head Pole Vault Coach and 2017 Big Sky Champion, leads pole vault development. Together, they've produced 4 state champions, 1 Junior Olympic National Champion, 1 Indoor National Champion, 1 USATF Indoor National Qualifier, 40 Junior Olympic All-Americans, 2 Big Sky Conference Champions, 2 top 10 EWU program records, and placed 14+ athletes into college programs including USC, Boise State, Montana, Washington State, and more — all in just 4 years.
Youth Track & Field Training To Fit Any Schedule At Any Level
Here's our frustration, plain and simple: We watch Spokane Valley kids show up to high school track already carrying bad habits — heel-striking, poor posture, no low heel recovery, poor form, and zero acceleration mechanics — because they're not being coached properly or their coach doesn't know how to teach it. That's not just ineffective. It's dangerous for growing and developing athletes. At AHTC, we're not guessing, we know what works.
